红糟炸鸡+木薯叶ulam @ Red Rice Vinesse Fried Chicken (Ang Chow Fried Chicken)+ULAM TAPIOCA LEAVES

This is my dinner.  Simple yet yummy :)

红糟炸鸡@Red Rice Vinesse Fried Chicken (Ang Chow Fried Chicken)

INGREDIENTS:
2 drumsticks                                                         2 鸡腿
1tbsp red rice vinesse                                            1汤匙红糟
salt                                                                        盐

method:
1.  Add in the salt, mix well. 
     先把鸡肉涂上盐。

2. Then add in the red rice vinesse.
    然后涂上红糟。


3.  Marinate and put it in the fridge  for at least 2 hrs before frying.  .
     把鸡肉至少腌2小时, 并方人冰橱里。 炸之熟便可。


ULAM TAPIOCA LEAVES

I just took some of the tapioca leaves from my backyard then boiled them by adding some olive oil.  Drained after they're cook.

THE SAMBAL
5-6 bird eye chilies
3-4 cloves garlic
sweet soy sauce

mashed the chilies and garlic together then pour in some soy sauce and it's done.
