FRESH CORN CHICKEN

Since i still have corns in the fridge, so i decided to cook it with chicken.  Haven't cook this for a long time  :)
Ya, my kampung way.
 2-3 person

INGREDIENTS:
1 chicken thigh (chopped)
1 fresh corn (corned)~can use the instant one
local ginger
garlic
salt to taste

1.  heat the wok, pour in some olive oil/any oil u prefered, the ginger & garlic.
2.  stir fry a while till fragrant.
3.  add in the chicken. fry for about 2-3 mins (no more red)
4.  pour in hot water ( put more if u prefer it more ).
5.  then add in the corn.
6.  let it cook till the chicken is cook.
7.  add salt and it's done.

simple yet delicious :)


this is the fish egg that i bought at the night market. i just add in salt and corn flour before fried them.yummy
i've been craving for this for months


make some spicy soy sauce to go with it.

sweet soy sauce/ketchup
1-2 bird eye chilies
1 lime
* mix all and it's ready
