TAPIOCA CAKE ~ STEAM & PAN FRY


INGREDIENTS :
1KG TAPIOCA (GRATED)
1/2 CUP SUGAR
1/4 CUP RICE FLOUR
1/2 CUP BUTTER
160ML WATER/MILK
1 TBSP SALT

METHODS :
1. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.

2.  STEAM TILL COOK / 25-30 MINUTES / THE TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN .

3.  LET IT COOL DOWN BEFORE SERVE OR CUT & PAN FRY.
